Benefits of Sarasaparilla

How to Make Nannari Syrup
Ingredients :
Nannari Roots - 50 grams
Sugar -250 grams
Lemon -2
Water -350 ml.
Take 50 grams of Nannari roots (Sarasaparilla) and remove the white part in the centre, and choose the outer part of the roots and make it as smaller pieces.And add the Nannari roots in to the boiled water and leave it over night, and filter the roots from the water with a thin cotton cloth up to 3 to 4 times repeatly and add sugar to the filtered Nannari Water on medium heat and stir to dissolve the sugar.Then add lemon juice and boil the liquid for 5 minutes approximately, and the Syrup is now ready to serve,after store in a refrigerator to serve chilled.
